HEALTHY HOMES

Designed for Life, Built for Health

For generations, luxury has been defined by what we could see. Handcrafted millwork, beautiful tiles and stones, custom furnishings, textures and layers of finishes, glistening light fixtures, alongside beautiful architecture.  These elements still matter, and they always will. But today, we understand that the most meaningful luxuries are often the ones that remain unseen.

It's the engineering hidden behind the walls, the wall assembly creating safety, the drainage system protecting your foundation, the fresh air and water quietly circulating throughout, specific insulations that provides a multi-layer of protection, and thoughtful materials and elements used within your HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to keep you safe.

Because the greatest luxuries are often invisible, Healthy Homes™ was created around a simple belief: your home should do more than impress, it should protect.

Our Story

My journey to creating Healthy Homes® began after years of debilitating health issues. Eventually, I discovered the root cause: a combination of genetic factors and dangerously high levels of mycotoxins—harmful toxins released by certain indoor molds prevalent in almost any older residential structure. This realization led me down a path of deep research, not only into mycotoxins but into the many hidden toxins that fill our homes and affect our health every day.

What I found was alarming. Indoor air is often more toxic than outdoor air. The materials we use to build our homes—wood framing that molds and deteriorates, drywall, insulation, adhesives packed with chemicals, and finishes loaded with formaldehydes, flame retardants, and pesticides—are all quietly poisoning us. Even worse, many of these materials are flammable, vulnerable to termites, and unable to withstand hurricanes and floods.

As I searched for a truly healthy home, I realized something surprising: they were nearly impossible to find. Why are we building spaces designed to shelter us when, in reality, they’re making us sick? That’s when my mission became clear—I had to change the way we design and build. My goal is to create homes that are not only non-toxic but also climate-resistant, durable, and truly safe for those who live in them. A healthier life begins at home!
